Directors Code of Conduct

1. Uphold the integrity of Regina Minor Football 2000 Inc.

2. Treat the affairs of Regina Minor Football 2000 Inc. in a professional and business like manner

3. Share in the development and growth of Regina Minor Football 2000 Inc.

4. Maintain confidentiality and uphold decisions of the Board of Directorss in a unanimous voice to the membership and public.

5. Directors must abstain from voting on issues where a conflict of interest is perceived or present.

6. Support and promote the initiatives of Regina Minor Football 2000 Inc.

7. Attend and participate constructively in board meetings.

8. Represent all members with the best interest of all in mind.
