The following form is placed here for your convenience. It is intended for use by the parents or guardians of players for the upcoming season. Please be sure to complete all fields.

Atom Division

9, 10 & 11 years old

The $30.00 registration fee listed above is for insurance and administrative costs and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
* League fees may increase due to additional field costs (TBD)

You are not considered registered until the $30.00 registration fee is received at out office. Registration deadline is May 15th, 2010. Players registered after this date are not guaranteed to play within their zone.

You will receive a confirmation letter by June 30th with all pertinent information
Training camp will start August 3rd, 2010 and league games will start approximately two weeks later.
Balance of league fee must be received prior to player participating in games.
NSF Cheques will be charged a $10.00 administration fee.
All equipment is provided, except for practice jerseys, practice pants and footwear.
Multi-cleat rubber soles or running shoes are acceptable footwear.
All teams may play out of town games with player transportation provided by the RMF
All Regina games are officiated by Regina Football Officials Association officials.
All Regina games will be played at Leibel and Optimist, U of R Rams, or Taylor Field

NO Refunds once registration is complete.

Zones and teams will be determined based on player registrations within each division. If you wish to be placed on a team in your area, you must register before May 15th, 2010. Late registrations will be handled by the RMF 2000 Inc. Board of Directors

**If addresses for parents are different, the player's address will be where the player habitually resides (please indicate this address under Player's information). In cases where the player does not reside habitually with either parent, the player's address will be deemed as the Mother's address. This is a RMF regulation. RMF reserves the right to require additional proof of address and age.
